The company TRESTLES a.s. is a Czech prosperous and globally oriented manufacturing and trading company that has been operating on the international market for more than 30 years. We are the largest manufacturer of shelving racks, cantilever racks, metal furniture, transport trolleys, rudders, building stands, construction and garden wheels and fences in Europe. We export our products to more than 30 countries in the world, the export rate is more than 90%. Currently, our product portfolio consists of more than 2,000 types of products, making us one of the top leaders in the DIY industry.<\/p>

All of our production takes place in our production plant in D\u011btmarovice, Karvin\u00e1, on both universal and single-purpose automated and robotic workstations, lines or technological units. This wide range of technological possibilities allows us to use the most suitable production method. We have in-house development and design of both products and profiling lines using state-of-the-art software, taking into account design, economics and the environment. The total production and handling area covers an area of 36,700m2.<\/p>

In 2024, as part of the acquisition process, TRESTLES a.s. consolidated its position in the DIY market and acquired FEROPLAST spol s r.o., which thus became a subsidiary of TRESTLES a.s. At the time of its establishment, the company’s turnover was CZK 53 million; in recent years, the company’s turnover has regularly exceeded CZK 1 billion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today we manufacture in our own premises, we have our own construction and development workplace.<\/p>\n

We have built a state-of-the-art tool room, where twenty-six fully automated rolling lines for the production of shelving components have been successively produced. These are then painted on four powder coating lines.<\/p>\n

Today we export 95% of our total production to most European countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company has grown from the original 35 employees to today’s more than 400 employees in various professions.<\/strong><\/p>\n
